Here at Rosefit we want you to pay what you can to participate in this Training Experience that is designed to support you in the activities that matter to you.

We are creating more content for you to be released this Spring. Everything you give goes back into making the best quality content we can.

As a Corrective Exercise Specialist & mother of 2 I feel passionately that Traditional Fitness programs are not cutting it for our youth. We need programs that address the unique challenges they face with unprecedented amounts of screen time.

Programs that offer safe, professional, & specific movements to make you feel better throughout your day.

We will be making a series of videos that progress your young person in a safe & scalable way on their fitness journey. But this first program is called Foundations because it is the fundamental & specific movements we need to counteract the fixed positions they are in every day on screens. A program to keep their spines healthy & mobile & their core stabilizers strong.
