Session 1 focuses on how & where to properly use self myofascial release. Unlocking tight muscles is Foundational before strengthening under active or weak muscles. Almost everyone has heard of self myofascial release & many people continue to do it ineffectively. This video will change that for you.
Session 2 works on mobilizing the middle back & stabilizing the deep core muscles & primary movers that support you in every day life. It is the Foundational strength program upon which all future sessions depend.
Session 3 through 8 begin to explore more complex & diverse movements that build on previous Sessions. We will explore compound movements & balance exercises.
We ensure you are connecting the brain & body at the start of each Session with a Body Scan meditation or Brain Dance (originally developed by Anne Green Gilbert).
In Session 9 we add yet another tool to your mobility box by teaching you how to properly release & hydrate the fascia on the bottom of your foot & how that relates to increased mobility throughout the whole body.
