Session 1 focuses on how & where to properly use self myofascial release. Unlocking tight muscles is Foundational before strengthening under active or weak muscles. Almost everyone has heard of self myofascial release & many people continue to do it ineffectively. This video will change that for you.

Session 2 works on mobilizing the middle back & stabilizing the deep core muscles & primary movers that support you in every day life. It is the Foundational strength program upon which all future sessions depend.

Session 3 through 8 begin to explore more complex & diverse movements that build on previous Sessions. We will explore compound movements & balance exercises.

We ensure you are connecting the brain & body at the start of each Session with a Body Scan meditation or Brain Dance (originally developed by Anne Green Gilbert).

In Session 9 we add yet another tool to your mobility box by teaching you how to properly release & hydrate the fascia on the bottom of your foot & how that relates to increased mobility throughout the whole body.

Please have a Foam Roller before participating in Rosefit Foundations.


When you enroll in Rosefit Foundations you immediately receive access to Session 1. Within 10 days you receive access to Session 2. Complete each Session at least 4 times before advancing to the next Session & you will receive new content every 2 weeks thereafter. You will retain access to all content in the course & are encourage to go back & review as much as you like.
